President Donald Trump is no stranger to flying in style, he’s even got his own personal Boeing 757. With his name in giant gold letters across the fuselage, it’s easy to spot his private jumbo jet on the tarmac.
Nicknamed “Trump Force One,” the Trump jet is packed with special features that make Air Force One look like a downgrade from the President’s personal life.
Trump purchased the jet from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen back in 2011 and then gave it a complete makeover to fit his strict specifications. It is now the 8th most expensive plane in the world and one of the fastest jets on the planet with a top speed over 500 mph.
Keeping the jet in the air isn’t cheap either with one hour of flight time costing roughly $11,000.
Built in 1991, the Trump jet is older than similar planes taking to the sky today, but that allowed Trump to purchase the plane for a relatively low price around $100,000,000.
