85-year-old Grandma was hunched over for decades, but can stand up straight now thanks to Yoga





Living with chronic pain makes you a different person, even if you don’t realize it happening right away. Over time, it takes its toll. It starts small and snowballs over decades of life and your body’s natural ability to adapt makes you not even notice.

Anna Pesce was 85 and she never thought she would ever be pain free. She had been so used to the nagging aches for decades, they were just a part of her now. The herniated disc, the scoliosis, and osteoporosis had been there for so long.

That’s not to say she didn’t try and improve her life, she saw doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, whatever she could think of and they just couldn’t help. Until she met a yoga instructor.

It started out painful and difficult, but within two months, her entire life was different. And people noticed.
