Mothers are known to be protective of their offspring and a lioness is no different.
But, Kevin Richardson is not your average person. He is known as the “Lion Whisperer” and has a wildlife sanctuary in South Africa. According to the website, the sanctuary provides a self-sustaining African carnivore sanctuary for the purposes of wild species preservation.
Richardson went to check on one of his lions who had recently given birth to cubs and how she reacts is unbelievable.
It’s incredibly remarkable to see how the lioness and Richardson interact, especially with the cubs. Amazing!
