After Donald Trump took office as the President of the United States of America his previous employers needed a replacement host for the reality TV show The Apprentice.
Donny was replaced by none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governator himself.
When the ratings for his old TV show dipped, Trump insulted Schwarzenegger and the show’s creator at the National Prayer Breakfast saying “We had tremendous success on The Apprentice, and when I ran for president, I had to leave the show. That’s when I knew for sure I was doing it. And they hired a big, big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place, and we know how that turned out. The ratings went right down the tubes, it’s been a total disaster, and [creator Mark Burnett] will never, ever bet against Trump again.”
Schwarzenegger took the insult in stride and recently responded through President Trump’s favorite social media outlet, Twitter.
