If you happen to find yourself walking the streets of Redwood City, California and you see a shadow that makes you look twice, you can thank Damon Belanger.
Belanger is a graphic artist from San Francisco who was commissioned by Redwood City to install 20 pieces of artwork around the downtown area.
His fake shadows were a huge hit with both locals and tourists alike.
“The shadows give regular mundane objects a lively spirit so people can have a little fun in their everyday life,” Belanger says.
