You might think bacon couldn’t get any better than it already is. It’s bacon after all and who doesn’t love bacon? But you might not have seen it cooked quite like this.
This is a similar method to how most restaurants cook a lot of bacon at one time. It would take too long to cook four or five slices at a time in a pan, but here you can lay it all out for crispy strips that don’t stick together and you don’t even have to use a pan.
Just take a bit of aluminum foil and lay it over a metal grate for easy cleanup and the juices drip to the bottom while the bacon hovers over it all. Crispy every time.
