Mary Hall was surprised to find a curious looking package on her kitchen table when she arrived home from work. Her fiancee Chuck had decided to wait so they could open it together since he had no idea who it was from.
The package was sent by a complete stranger neither Chuck nor Mary had ever met. Inside they found one of the most sentimental wedding gifts they could ever hope for.
The gift came with a letter explaining who it was from and how they had found Chuck and Mary.
If the gift wasn’t already special enough, Mary noticed that it arrived in a Converse All Star shoebox. “I’m like, ‘No way!’” Mary said in an interview with NBC.
Mary and her bridesmaids had been planning to wear the classic Chuck Taylor All Stars under their dresses.
Chuck and Mary were absolutely stunned. “On the list of moments in life that touch my heart… this one is up there!” Mary wrote on Facebook last week.
