Depressed mom is charged for parking ticket, then Judge hears her son died, stuns her with response

Judge Frank Caprio is an honest man and he seems to believe in doing what’s right.

When Andrea walked into his courtroom in March 2017, she had parking tickets that stretched from 2004-2005. Problem is, she didn’t even know. The tickets had been adding up, and still only came out to about $50, but there they were.

Then the story turns heartbreaking when she starts to tell her side of the story.

Her son was killed in March 2016. Since then, there were a number of obstacles. Social Security cut her off because her son owed $75 to the state. After trying to sort it out at the office, she had a parking ticket on her car.

She got evicted, went to court to fight it, came out and got another parking ticket. She went to get legal advice, and surprise another ticket.

“It’s like I can’t win,” she told Judge Caprio.

That’s when the Judge looks her in the eyes and tries to help. Watch the video for the whole story:
