A husband and his 36-week pregnant wife visited doctors at the Royal Sussex hospital. They went to receive an ECV (External Cephalic Version) on their breech baby.
Most babies settle in a head down position before being born, in what’s known as a cephalic presentation. But if a baby is is breech, it means the baby is poised to come out buttocks or feet first.
