A group of firemen were responding to a burning building in Santa Rose de Temuco, Chile when they saw something beautiful.
The first responders arrived as quickly as they could, and fortunately no one had been harmed in the fire. While the family was gathered outside, the firemen noticed a small dog running to their truck with something in her mouth. Before they could stop her, the dog ran back into the burning building.
As they prepared to enter the structure themselves, the firmen noticed what she had carried out, a 10-day old pup. Amanda, the mama dog, rushed back and forth escorting all of her babies to the safest place she could think of, the fire truck.
A veterinarian arrived on the scene later that day to check on the four-legged family. Fortunately all of the pups survived and mama was unharmed.
The firemen on the scene couldn’t believe it, many had never seen such courage from an animal before. They witnessed that a mother’s love is unstoppable, no matter what species she may be.
