A group of friends were about to embark on a dangerous journey of goodwill after they spotted a huge cow in distress in the middle of a lake. The cow was exhausted and had no way back to shore. The group was not sure how or why the cow had ended up in the middle of such a deep lake with no easy access to escape, but they knew they had to act quickly to save the animal’s life.
The first plan was to guide the cow back to shallow waters with a rope around its neck, but this proved to be more challenging than expected. The rope made it difficult for the cow to keep its head above water, which put its life in even greater danger.
One of the friends got into the water and held the cow’s head above the surface while others supported the massive creature with their hands. With the rope around the cow, their boat driver started to gently pull the poor animal towards the nearest shore.
After some time, the group was able to safely bring the cow back to land, but the frightened and disoriented cow tried to headbutt some of its rescuers. After the rope was removed and the rescuers stepped back, the cow calmed down. She soon wandered off and continued to graze as if nothing had happened.
