Rico served multiple tours of duty overseas in Afghanistan and over the weekend, he was given a proper military burial in Saugatuck, MI.
You can’t forget about the military canines that accompany the rest of our armed forces, but Rico received an honor after he passed. Rico served faithfully and came home alive and well as a hero, he made it another 12 loving years with his family before he fell to old age.
His service won’t be forgotten.
