This poor Husky puppy was born with an unusual condition to a breeder who simply didn’t care enough to try. He was saved from being put down by a good Samaritan that adopted him and resolved to give him a good life — the life he deserved.
They named the puppy Casper and worked to do whatever they could. The puppy wouldn’t eat anything but mixed puppy food with goat’s milk and he barely moved.
The vet told them the dog had a condition known as “Swimmers Syndrome” and they’re usually put odwn. Sometimes they can’t even lift their own heads up off their chest. The diagnosis was bleak.
But the owner knew she would try anything. She massaged him every day and did everything else in an attempt to turn things around.
Fortunately, this story has a very very heartwarming ending. We were reaching for the tissues at the end.
