Judge Frank Caprio from Providence is used to some pretty wild tickets that get brought up in his courtroom, but this one is especially humorous. And lucky for the residents that appear before him, he has a pretty good sense of humor.
This poor woman parked in a spot that was labeled “No parking between eight and ten.” Guess what time the ticket was issued — 9:59.
