Sometimes you just need to take a break...

Southwest agent says next person who asks a question has to sing, he grabs the mic and nails it!

No one likes to be stuck in an airport waiting for a delayed flight, not even the gate agents.

After dozens of passengers continued to ask the same questions, a Southwest agent was fed up. The agent told the crowd that the next person to approach the desk and ask a question would be required to sing. Without missing a beat, one magnificent man approached the desk and reached for the intercom.

Before the crowd even knows what’s about to happen, he pours his heart into the 1995 single “Wonderwall” by Oasis before dropping into a soulful rendition of Blackstreet’s 1996 hit “No Diggity.” Suddenly the dreary airport gate is transformed into a party. Before long the crowd is cheering, singing, and clapping along to the hero in Bermuda shorts.

Fellow traveler Mike Vadala pulled out his phone and hit record as fast as he could.
