A special pug named Loca from Ireland has become an internet sensation. Loca has three siblings who are running around all the time. Loca tries to run around like them, but she can’t. But that doesn’t stop her from trying!
According to Loca’s owner, Loca suffers from a mild brain disorder. It is operable but risky and the vet says she is unaware anything is wrong with her and will live a long and healthy life.
