Elvis always had a wonderful sense of humor and after fielding a few serious questions, Elvis really turns on the charm and leaves the audience and all the reporters laughing at his response. It’s a great moment.
He did an interview in 1972 in the famed Madison Square Garden and the King had a lot to say. When asked about his image, he responds with “The image is one thing, the human being is another. It’s very hard to live up to an image, let’s put it that way.”
But it’s the question about his shy and humble image that has Presley laughing out loud.
