Spring is approaching and you may have been experiencing some of this unseasonably warm weather yourself. So here’s a quick and easy recipe that will keep you coming back for more. And as far as desserts go, it’s not the unhealthiest… we can say that, right?
If Benjamin Franklin can say a penny saved is a penny earned, we can say that a calorie burned is a calorie earned. That’s only fair.
So the ingredients are simple:
8 ounces Cool Whip
3 cups Milk
Lemon Pudding Mix (two packages)
Half cup Butter
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Simple do a bit of stirring, and pouring and freezing as the video explains, and you’ve got yourself an icebox cake! It’s that easy!
