Three first responders, Senior Trooper John Hitchcock, Deputy Kurt Ferguson, and Fire Department Captain Curtis McKeon, saved the life of a semi truck driver who had stopped breathing.
Moments before losing consciousness, the driver was able to pull over and turn on his hazards in a last ditch effort to call for help.
