They pulled out their cameras after seeing a ring of bubbles appear out of nowhere.
Moments later a massive humpback whale broke the surface of the water just a few yards from the dock. These whales hunt for food using what’s known as a “bubble net.”
The whales send a ring of bubbles toward the surface that confuses and traps their prey. The whales then open wide and swim up after them.
