If you’re not a fan of onions, this simple recipe may change your mind.
You can use a large or small onion depending on how you’re using the onion.
Grab an onion cut it in half, down to about 1/2 inch pf the root end but not through. Cut the onion in half again but cut it across. Then cute each quarter half again. There should be 8 wedgges attached at the bottom just like a flower bud.
