The song is “Elvira.” We’re sure you know it and have heard it plenty of times before but you probably haven’t seen a dance routine as cute as this one.
Their hats spell out “Walker” which is the name of a student trying to become student body president.
The miniature cowboys with giant cowboy hats were helping campaign for one of their siblings who was running for student body president. Now it all makes sense!
