Adam Lambert, the incredibly talented singer songwriter who gained fame after his appearance on the eighth season of American Idol, recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to take part in a bit called “Wheel of Musical Impressions.” In this gameshow-style segment, guests spin a wheel to pick a nursery rhyme to sing in the style of another famous musician.
Lambert was asked to sing “The Muffin Man” while doing an impression of Cher. He couldn’t have been more thrilled and knew exactly how to pull it off.
As many fans know, Lambert is a massive fan who once moved Cher to tears while performing a cover of her legendary song, “Believe.”
He did not hesitate and delivered an outstanding performance of the Muffin Man (also set to the tune of “Believe”) that absolutely wowed the audience.
