Man watching Antiques Roadshow sees something that changes his life forever

Who doesn’t love a rags-to-riches story?

L.T. has had a rough life since he lost his foot to complications from a serious car accident. His injuries left him permanently disabled and relying on disability payments just to pay the bills.

One day while watching Antiques Roadshow, he saw a blanket that looked familiar. He retrieved his blanket and decided he had nothing to lose.

He contacted John Moran auctioneers to set up a meeting. When he showed them the blanket they nearly collapsed. He had an immaculate First Phase Navajo blanket that was estimated to be worth $50,000, but required further testing.

After the authenticity of the blanket was confirmed, L.T. learned that it was actually worth somewhere between $150,000 and $200,000. L.T. was excited at the prospect of paying off his car, and putting some more money into his house.

When the day of the auction came L.T. was blessed with a miracle as the bids kept going up and up. With tears in his eyes and his jaw on the floor, L.T.’s watched his life change forever.
