Kelsey Zwick and her 11-month-old baby, Lucy, were traveling from Orlando to Philadelphia when a kind stranger made a tough day just a little bit easier.

The mother-daughter team were actually en route to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Kelsey didn’t realize she was being being watched by another passenger when she boarded the aircraft.

Kelsey burst into tears because she was so shocked by the abrupt change in plans. She gathered up all of their possessions and sobbed her way up the aisle.
