Rose O’Sullivan went on stage to perform “It’s a Man’s World” which is already a lot when you consider that she was going before the critical judges of “Britain’s Got Talent,” but she also suffered from being nervous and self-conscious in general.
She says she always struggled with self-confidence and insecurity. She says she was “just one of those people that are in the background.” But when she starts singing, you can see that her voice deserves the spotlight.
She says in her interview, “I have always been a big girl and I have always been a bit scared of what people thought of me. For me singing puts me in a world of my own. I don’t think I can describe how much it would mean for me to get a yes It would give me much more confidence, it would tell me that I am good at what I do.”
The judges can’t help but sing Rosie’s praise after she finishes. Talent comes in all shapes and sizes, that’s for sure!
