Zsa Zsa Gabor has passed away today at the age of 99 according to TMZ. She died Today of a heart attack. After being rushed to the hospital, she was pronounced dead on the scene.
Zsa Zsa Gabor was a Hollywood actress and along with her sister were known as socialites in the Beverly Hills area. She had nine husbands including Conrad Hilton, Paris Hilton’s father.
Gabor lived a storied life. She attended a Swiss boarding school and was discovered by an opera singer who invited her to sing with him in a new operetta he was writing; and she was crowned as Miss Hungary in 1936 before emigrating to the United States in 1941.
Gabor became known throughout Hollywood films for her European style, ranked up 77 acting credits during her career, and appeared in such films as “Moulin Rouge” and “Boys’ Night Out.”
On television, she became well known for her talk show appearances and her tenure on the game show “The Hollywood Squares.”
More recently, Gabor was involved in a bad car accident in which she was a passenger in 2002 and had to undergo multiple surgeries in the following years. In 2011, her right leg had to be amputated.
She passed away today from a heart attack at the age of 99 in her Beverly Hills home.
