Marcelito Pomoy is gifted with a magnificent voice that’s so dynamic he can switch between both tenor and soprano pieces at will.
He demonstrated his unbelievable talent with the incredible performance of “The Prayer” below.
The video immediately went viral after many radio listeners refused to believe that the duet was performed by a single artist.
Adopted by a local police officer after he and his sister were orphaned as young children, Pomoy was given the love and support he needed to succeed. As a teen he tried a variety of activities, but he didn’t discover his singing voice until he was a grown adult. He auditioned for Pilipinas Got Talent and was chosen for she show. Pomoy won the second season and got the big break he’d been waiting for.
Since that time he’s produced two successful albums and has become a well known singer around the globe.
