17-year-old Jamal Rutledge had been arrested and was waiting while an officer processed him for booking.
While processing Jamal, the officer suddenly collapsed to the ground.
Video footage shows no one else around.
Jamal began to yell and bang on a door to notify officers there was a problem.
Officers performed CPR until help arrived.
The officers and Jamal were rewarded for saving his life.
