The dashcam footage of a Tesla driver somewhere in Europe shows that the Autopilot crash prediction is fully functional.
While driving down the road, Frank van Hoesel’s Tesla Model 3 starts beeping wildly. Barely a second later, the car in front of him fails to notice the line of traffic and causes a nasty crash.
The little red sedan responsible for the accident is sent spinning across the road and off the shoulder. The black SUV hit by the sedan is sent flipping down the road before landing on its roof and blocking the left lane.
Fortunately van Hoesel and his passengers were safe and came to a stop just a few meters short of where the accident began.
