This little scotty named Ted doesn’t let being bound to a wheelchair slow him down…AT ALL! Look at how fast he can move; he won’t let anything interrupt his playtime. It’s uplifting to see such perseverance in the animal world. It reminds us that there’s nothing that we can’t bear when we have faith and belief that anything is possible.
