When most children get home from school they either plant themselves in front of the TV or run outside to play, but 12-year-old Campbell goes straight to the sewing machine. The thoughtful young man spends every waking moment sewing teddy bears for sick children. When he was 9-years-old he wanted to buy presents for children in hospitals. Taking care of 9 children herself, his mother said they could not afford it, so Campbell decided to make the presents himself. Over the last three years Campbell has made nearly 800 bears and delivered them to bedridden children at the local hospital. The doctors and nurses know Campbell well and love the smiles he brings to their patients.
