Robert Downey Jr is an A-List actor. He’s received an Oscar for his work, accolades from peers and critics alike, he’s starred in some of the biggest money-making movies of the past decade, and he’s a philanthropist on top of it. But what you might not know is that he’s also a pretty darn good singer.
Downey is most well known as an actor. Of course, that should be the case, he’s a worldwide famous movie star. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have other talents.
Sting invited Downey on stage to join him for a duet of a song called “Driven to Tears” and it makes you realize that Downey is a total showman. He could have been a singer if he wasn’t such a great actor. Or maybe he’ll do both one day. We’ll see.
Is there anything he can’t do?
Sting held a concert in New York in 2011 to celebrate his 60th birthday. He invited many of his friends on stage, including Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and Lady Gaga. Another special guest was the very talented actor, Robert Downey Jr.

When they begin to sing the song, you can see that Downey shouldn’t be nervous at all. Simply amazing.
